2023 WHISKY
Beginning its journey in 2018, this whisky was meticulously crafted using the finest South Australian malted barley. After maturing in a carefully selected, toasted French Oak barrel from Burgundy, it was transferred to a first-fill Bourbon barrel, where it continued its transformation for a further three years.
The result? A distinctive, vibrant yet delicately balanced spirit.
This whisky is bottled at 44%, uncoloured and non-chill filtered.

A warm, dry aroma, married with sweet, subtle notes of citrus and vanilla.
Taste:
Deep and creamy, interlaced with luxurious bursts of candied orange, ginger, and dried apricots.
